Enabling\disabling “export to shape”,
Enabling\disabling “export to shape”,
I couldn’t figure out how the “export to shape” can be enabled\disabled. I don’t need this tool to be available for the application end user

Thank you
Best

Thank you Ryan for the help.
Prefect! Disabling\enabling the “export to shape” is controllable from the manager as shown below.
/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000em17gEAA
Now the issue is how to link this to roles and users such that we can disable\enable “export to shape” for particular roles and users? the "export to shape" doesn't appear on the permission pane.

IMO this really needs to be addressed. While I appreciate the functionality to extract exposed data to shapefile, I find it surprising that the default behavior is to allow any user (including unauthenticated) to extract any data in the site. Turning off the extract module is a poor workaround considering it removes the ability to extract markup.

I hope that Geocortex team can include their input regarding this issue.
The only solution for this problem is to associate all tools available in the Geocortex at the level of granting permissions.
Why only few tools appears at the level of setting permissions like overview map, print templates, workflow, etc.?
