The Geocortex application (4.1.2) takes longer than usual to start,

The Geocortex application takes longer than usual to start,

After the upgrade to 4.1.2, now the application (from client machines) takes longer than usual to start. After the application starts, the performance is very good.

The issue here is that it takes sometimes 5 minutes to start.

Is it regular the at the Geocortex works with the IP address (10.110.62.82) and machine name with domain name (Jamal-server2.molg-eng) at the same time as shown in the fiddler tracking below?

What might be the issue here?
