Trouble with large format print jobs...

I'm receiving an error when trying to run a print job, utilizing a D sized print template. 

From the Print Jobs folder, the error states:

"The print job was interrupted by an application restart. It cannot be resumed."

What application is restarting and how do I prevent it from restarting so the print job can complete?

For the record, I'm using 4.1.2, with Silverlight 2.2. I was trying to print the ANSID template at 96DPI using tiles of only 512px.
