Some services are inaccessible from the Geocortex application of client machines,

From the production machine, all services are displayed fine. When the application is accessed from a client machine, some of the services are not displayed and the error shown in the screenshot below is generated

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzorEAA

What might be the issue here?

There is no security settings at the level of the ArcGIS Server of any of the services

  Hi Jamal,

  Do you have ClientAccessPolicy.xml or CrossDomain.xml file(s) deployed to the root of the web server hosting your viewer?

  Sure! These two files (clientaccesspolicy.xml and crossdomain.xml) are created at the step of post installation as shown in the screenshots below

  What other issues should I check?
