Themes - Different Banners and Titles

When you change a theme it would be nice to have a custom title for the theme and possibly a different banner.

Parks and Recreation Theme  -- Banner would green  Title: Parks and Recreation

City Utility Theme --- Banner would be red  Title: Engineering
