Report setup - unable to find the specified file
I am setting up a development server and I copied my sites and viewers over. Everything is working well except for my reports. I get to the point where it says "Your report has been created, click to download a copy."
I click the link to download the pdf and it takes me to another page:
/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eln3eEAA
Then when I click the REST link, I get this:
/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eluHFEAY
So my question is, why can't it find the file? I haven't changed anything in the workflows. As far as I understand it isn't actually writing the file to a physical location so I don't know where it would be looking for it. My print templates work, for example, and I would have thought that was the same idea where it generates a pdf for download.

Is there a chance that the report didn't get copied over with your sites and viewers?
Check to see if the actual .rpx file is in your site folder. My print templates (reports) are stored in a directory outside the actual site folder, so if I were to copy my site directory to a different machine, my reports would not come with it.
The path to my reports are C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Sites\Resources\PrintTemplates
The path to my sites is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Sites\<MySiteName>
Notice how "Resources and <MySiteName> are in the same root folder?

Good thinking! Unfortunately that's not my problem here. I just checked and yes, I copied the rpx files over.
