Missing dependencies during installation of GE 4.1.3
I've been trying to install Geocortex Essentials 4.1.3 on a clean Windows 8 virtual machine. The computer has nothing except IIS and the components listed in the installation guide (the stuff under Managlemet tools, application development features, common http features and security). Even so I always get:
"This package has some missing dependencies. Please refer to release notes"
whenever I try to install GE 4.1.3. I know the installer image is ok because I actually did manage to install it on a older Windows 7 virtual machine (which I unfortunately am not able to move into production). This leads me to believe that there must be som other component or library that GE relies upon.

I think I figured it out. After installing Windows 8 I installed all the updates and joined our local domain. After that I added a domain user with local administrator permissions on the machine and logged on using that account. Apparently this does not work. In order to install GE 4.1.3 I had to log off and back on again with the first local user I created on the Windows 8 machine. I can't find anything in the installation document about this, so it seems like something Lattitude should have a look at. This is not the case with 3.x (I tried).
