Second Data Link Doesn't Show on Details

Why doesn't the second data link configured for my layer appear on the Feature Details panel?  It's configured just like the first, has valid SQL and should return a result.

What did I miss?

  Data content was the issue.  Used Fiddler2 and some logging to check SQL submitted and result sets returned.
