Control the precedence to display map tip for multiple layers
I have site with multiple layers's maptip is enabled. These layers are point, line and polygon types. The layer display order is point, line and polygon. The polygon layer overlaps with point and line layers. With HTML5 Viewer, only one maptip pops up if you clicks on a point or line. Because the polygon layer overlaps with point or line, the mouse clicks on the point or line also have effect on the polygon layer. Both maptip events triggered. However, only one feature info showns.
My main issue here is the feature info shown in the maptip not consistent. Sometimes, it shows the point layer, it shows the polygon layer feature most time.
Ideally it should show all features maptip. If not, is there a way to control the precedence by feature layer?
Another related may be related is the mouse threshold setting. I found polygon maptip always show more frequent than point or line. Will change the mouse threshold affect the pickup of the maptip?
Thanks
Helen

I forgot to mention that I have changed the desktop.json.js MapTips "allowMultiple " configuration to true .
