ArcGIS Online Services Not Displaying in Print Template

Hi,

I've been trying out some print templates and in the HTML5 viewer public ArcGIS online services, such as the World Topographic are not displaying as part of the output map. However the same template used in a Silverlight viewer displays the same service fine in the print template. Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?
