Editing Toolbar & User Permissions

G'day,

We are creating a site using Geocortex Identity Server roles to manage editing permissions. There is an "Editor" role which has access to an editable Feature Layer, while anonymous users are denied access to this layer. As expected, when an anonymous user opens the viewer they are not able to see the editable layer in the Map Layers. However, the anonymous user is still able to see the Edit tab and toolbar with a message that there are no layers available for editing.

Is there a way to configure the permissions at the Toolbar level? Or is there any other way in this instance to prevent anonymous users from seeing the Edit tab/toolbar - given that they can't use it anyway?
