Data Link to Excel - No DNS Names Showing

Followed the instructions from several other forum entries regarding the download of the AccessDatabaseEngine.exe, which enabled me to create my own DSN name "DSNExternalZoning" which appears under the User DSN odbc sources tab.

I've added the correct syntax, which was stated from the other forum questions and changed the line to point to the location of my excel file, which is located under my site folder.

Yet, I still get this error "Data Source name not found and no default driver specified"

And when I use the "Advanced" setting and attempt to pick my own DSN name, the name I've created doesn't appear in the list.

Can anyone shed any light on this issue?
