Essentials not recognizing my service connections

We recently had to reinstall the web adaptor on ArcGIS Server (has the same name and setup) and now Essentials isn't recognizing or able to find my service urls. I've tested and they are accessible from the outside of our network but Essentials shows a configuration error and no results found when I try to edit the connection properties of our rest endpoints.

Any idea if I might have missed something when reinstalling the webadaptor or how I can resolve? I have a support call into ESRI but am waiting on a call back.

  Is there any security set up on the services?

  John,

  Thanks for the reply. This issue was due to some new firewall settings our server team put in place. Once that was figured out we were able to correct the issue.
