Mailing Labels - Duplicates Removed

Trying to access the code sample for creating mailing labels with the duplicate records removed and it is not allowing me to download the code, the popup comes up blank (where usually there is the disclaimer and agree button before starting the dl)

is there a way to access this or an updated version of this workflow (I notice this is from 2011)?
