Attributes Returned as N/A

I updated my map service with new field attributes and configured the fields for the layer in Geocortex Manager, but they return as N/A in the FeatureDetails even though the map service shows values being returned.  

What did I miss?

  I missed putting the necessary columns in my OUT_FIELDS argument on the Query Task.
