I have an issue of the pushpins not even showing.  I am using HTML 5 2.2 viewer.  In my workflow and in the site, I have them enabled and the show pushpins set to True like you have it above.

My site is using silverlight viewer 2.2. I have not tested with html5 viewer, so not sure if that has something to do with your pushpins not showing at all.

In addition, the silverlight viewer has a pushpins section under mapwidgets. I am not sure if the html 5 viewer has the same. Check the html5 viewer options in essentials manager to see if there is a pushpins section. (i dont have a html5 viewer set up, so I could not check).

Mark, did this issue ever get resolved? I am having the same issue of the pushins disapearing but the total number isn't cleared and anytime you add a new one you see all the old ones popup. Thanks!

    Hi Eric,

No I never found a solution. I ended up turning pushpins off. I would love to know if someone can find a way.

Push pins clear fine for me in my workflows using Select Features in the GVH. Clear Collection First needs to be set to "True" instead of isNewSelection (I don't know if that's a command you're using or a Boolean variable ).

Not sure what you are talking about John. I'm using Silverlight 2.4 (latest version) & Geocortex 4.3 (latest version) - Clear Collection First = 'True' & Show Pushpins = 'True' and it causes the issues in the screenshot below. The pushpins disappear but everytime you add a new one, they techinically didn't clear, just dissapeared temporarily.

Got any other suggustions for us?

Let me take a quick look at the workflow. BTW, I'm using silverlight... are you using the same or HTML5?

The only difference in your workflow VS mine is that you select features using 'Layer Id' whereas we use 'Layer Name'. We don't want to use Layer Id since that is variable and if we make updates to the map service the actual geocortex ID can shift easily. Instead, we have geocortex select based upon the name of the layer. All of my workflows use this method for selection. As a result, this might be the reason why Show Pushpins does not work. I'll test out and submit the proper bug to Geocortex for fixing is so.

Nevermind, that isnt it. I've isolated the issue and yes, it is a Geocortex Bug. We also use Collection Name = 'Default'. Although it seems that you don't have to specify that for accessing the default, you should be able to specify a proper collection name and still have the pushpins function correctly. I will submit the bug to them now. Thanks for the workflow!

Just to follow up, I've only tested clearing the collection first using the GVH.
