Dear all,

Where can I find information on compatibility of essential versions and versions of the HTML5 viewer? I'm trying to figure out if the html5 viewer 2.0 will work with essentials 4.0.2.

  Hello Tjibbe,

  You can find the compatibility of Geocortex Essentials versions, and versions of the Viewers, in the release notes for the software of interest.  In this case, the HTML5 Viewer, 2.0, is compatible with Geocortex Essentials 4.0.2.

  thank you for your swift reply. I made a typo, I meant HTML5 viewer 2. 2.

  I do not have access to the release notes.

  Hello Tjibbe,

  This information is also included in the relevant Administration Guide.  As per the guide, the Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 v2.2 works with Geocortex Essentials 4.1 and later.

  Hi Pandora,

  Thanks. This helps me out a lot. The administration guide lies with our ICT organisation and I couldn't find it on the geocortex website.
