Date display in related record

When displaying a related record in the HTML viewer, date fields are converted to 1-1-1970 if they contain a NULL value. I checked the response of the actual HTTP requests, and they do have NULL values, so the error must be in the viewer itself.

 

In the site where I noticed this first, it is a bit awkward because the field in question contains the date of death of a parcel's owner. I'd really like to see this fixed soon.

  Hi Berend,

  Related records are getting a bit of an overhaul in 2.3, so we'll dig into this as well and see if we can't sort it out for you. Out of curiosity, when you see this behaviour, what are you serving your features/tables from? If ArcGIS Server, which version?

  The data is served from an Oracle 11 database with AGS 10.2. But surely the type of datasource isn't related to a null value being displayed as 1-1-1970?

  Jordan, are field aliases going to be shown in related records at 2.3?
