Run External Command - DisplayForEnableLayerInfo

I'm trying to use this command in a workflow that identifies features from a few layers within a buffer of another feature.  I have DisplayForSelectNone first then I would like to run DisplayForEnableLayerInfo for a list of layers that I need to identify on.  In the Administrator and Developer Guide it shows the Argument for this command is Geocortex.Essentials.Client.LayerIno.  How do I use this command?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
