Site Conversion Warning *

I am not sure if this has any relation to my recent upgrade of geocortex essentials 4.2, but I started to receive this error message for one of my sites stating that the map service with ID '0' contains the following duplicate layer IDs: 52, 15, 25, 26, 32, 34, 36.

When I attempt to launch the Silverlight 2.3 viewer, all my operational layers are turned on, but nothing shows up on the map. It seems that my base map layers are sitting on top of the operational layers which is not how the site has been configured. But when I uncheck the Base Layer, they reamin visible in the map.

Any information on this would be much appreciated.
