Report Output Always Parallel to Print Border

I'm working on side walk inventory data and one of the requested outputs is a printed output that shows claim locations.

But as all know, side walks go in all types of directions and don't always travel horizontally. Thus, the printed output will have side walks going horizontal and vertical for that matter.

Is there any way to rotate the Essentials view or either the printed output to always have the side walk showing up parallel to the bottom of the map neat line?
