How to Attach a file to SendEmail Activity

I have a simple workflow that generates a report serverside using the "CreateTempFile" activity.  I'd like to send an automated email using the SendMail activity but it requires a ICollection<Attachment>.  Can someone explain the steps to attach the file to the SendMail activity?  I have a URL stored in a variable in my workflow that has the full path of the PDF.  Thanks for any help
