manager config issues

After upgrading viewers to HTML5 2.3 I've lost functionality in Manager.  The text descriptors for the "Tool Bar" and "I Want to" menus no longer show up.  Also, the default toolbar is missing buttons for measure, etc.

Just wondering if anyone else is has experienced this?

  Hi Dan,

  Your browser may be caching parts of the previous Management Pack. Try clearing your browser cache or forcing a refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R in Chrome, for example). You can also hit F12 and look for errors in the browser console.

  No luck clearing the browser cache & I'm not seeing any errors in the consol.  I have submitted a support request...
