HTML5 LayerThemeChangedEvent

Hi all,

I have created a simple workflow (from the "EXTENT" example) that allows the map extent to change when a layer theme is changed by the user.  It functions in the SilverLight viewer, but not in the HTML5 viewer.  I am getting this error regarding the LayerThemeChangedEvent:

"There was a workflow error running activity: Unable to get property 'toLowerCase' of undefined or null reference"

The error occurs when I try to get to the EventArgs within the CollectExternalEventArgs function.

I am assuming that "LayerThemeChangedEvent" has not been fully implemented in the HTML5 template.  Is this correct?
