Charlotte sample service

I am trying to go through the Geocortex Workflow Tutorial and the queries are pointing to the http://sampleserver1.geocortex.com/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites/CharlotteArcGISOnline site. However, when I try to access the site, I get an error, "This webpage is unavailable."  So I tried to repoint this to the Charlotte sample service in my local install.  However, the site is missing.  Could somebody help me solve this?
