measurement tools

The measurement tools in v2.2 are acting weird.  Hard to start the tool - often I click on map and it just moves map.  When it does get started, and I do double click to finish, there are know measurement results, just black bar...  any ideas?

  IE 11.  Just tried it in Chrome, and that works better...

  I am having the measurement length/area text issue as well, but with different version of IE.

  IE v.10.0.9200.17148CO displays the black background, but no text (or perhaps the text is also black.  Or perhaps the z-order is reversed, and the text is behind the background).

  Chrome v.38.0.2125.104 displays correctly.
