Handheld iOS Zoom to Feature misses by a mile

When a parcel record is searched and Zoom to Feature is selected from the result the Desktop, Tablet, and handheld Android versions all zoom and center the selected feature.  When a record is searched on an iPhone iOS 8 and zoom to feature is selected the map zooms approximately 8,800 feet too far north.  What would cause this behavior?  Is anyone else having this problem?

Any insight would be apprecaited.

  This issue has been resolved.  We were using an iframe and by eliminating the iframe the problem has been fixed.  This forum link provided the information I needed.
