Upgraded HTML5 to 2.3 loses editing functionality

I have just upgraded my viewers to 2.3 and Essentials to 4.2.1 and all the sites I had with the editing toolbar enabled did two things.

1. Removed the editing toolbar entirely from the Configured Toolbar list, and

2. When I added the Create Feature Tool back to the Configured Toolbar list, the only response I get is "no templates available"

All of this was working fine prior to the upgrade.

Can you please help!  This is our road closures application and I am getting raked over the coals for it being down!

  Hi Paul,

  I would highly suggest opening a support ticket for this issue by emailing support@geocortex.com.

  Do you have your old config files backed up? We might be able to reconstruct the missing toolbar if you did, but I cannot promise a quick turnaround. The missing templates would be a secondary issue.
