Configure splash screen in viewer

I've searched all the docs & posts I can think of, but can't find this. How do you configure the splash screen that displays when a viewer starts (the one that says 'Your Organization'? I've noticed that even the folks at Latitude don't set this when doing demonstrations. Thanks.

  The Your Organization info is actually a png image file. It is usually located in:

  \\pathtoserver\c$\inetpub\wwwroot\SiteName\Resources\Images\splash-logo.png

  replace that file with whatever you want your logo to look like in the splash page.

  Additionally, you can set the text that by default in the splash pages says "This application uses licensed Geocortex Essentials technology for the Esri..." by editing the bottom of the index.html file for your site.

  Thanks Craig. Very helpful. Our install has the file at inetpub\wwwroot\HTML5Viewer-2.3.0\Resources\Images (and similat for Silverlight viewer), but we're also investigating if things point to the right place when we installed.
