Instant Search index creation errors

How can i find potential errors in the process of creating the Instant Search indecies? - I have a progress that stays on 0% but the log files in the C:\Program Files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Application Services 2\Data\Logs directory doesn't seem to be updated with any information.

  I'm having the same issue.  I started creating an index on a service almost 24 hrs ago (about 30,000 simple polygon features) and it still says 0%. Very frustrating.

  I had the same problem, I let my instant search index run over the weekend and it was still at 0%.

  I worked with Latitude support to get the instant search to work. He said for the current version to work I had to have Anonymous Authentication Enabled on the arcgis folder in IIS via permissions. After I ran instant search indexing on the map services we disabled the Anonymous Authentication.
