Accessing device camera and making images attachments

I am interested to see if anyout out there has had success with accessing the device camera through the HTML5 viewer and can then attach these images to features (using ArcGIS attachment functionality)?

P.S. Drew Millen showcased this functionality in the Citizen Service Request demo found (http://support.geocortex.com/citizens-service-request-demonstration) here a few years ago.

  only step required is to ensure that you have 'enabled attachments' on the feature class within your SDE.  to do this, right-click on the feature class, and click on the enable attachements property.  the camera icon will automaticlaly appear within your HTML5 site after completing this (you will need to first stop the map service, then restart after enabling attachments)
