Thamnails from Data Link

I have a Data link to a DB2 database and it is working fine and the result is a list URL's to photos of the queried feature and it is working well. 

http://Server/bridge/priv/bm/BMImageProducer.jsp?hidImagePath=X:\\RAS\\STRUCTURES\\IMAGES\\SN8812\\88120001.jpg

Is there a way to make the images to be displayed as thumbnails rather than the long http:\\ link?
