where did geocortex.web.dll go?

Hi,

I previously wrote an extension (using ge 4.0) at another company, and I plan on creating one for ge 4.2.  I am just following along to the tutorial online again to get my head back into it, and I can't find Geocortex.Web.dll, and objects such as WebFile, CachedFileHandler, etc.  I can't find these objects in any dll in the ge wwwroot folder...do they still exist?
