The global search in GVH2.3.3 for Handheld (Iphone) fails to display all returned values,

The global search in GVH 2.3.3 for handheld (Iphone) fails to display all returned values. For example, if “???” is searched, then

GVH for handheld (Iphone) returns only two values:

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elznEEAQ

Doing the same procedure in GVH 2.3.3 desktop, it returns

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eltzLEAQ

And also doing the same procedure in GVS, it returns

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000em1eaEAA

What might be the issue here?
