Refresh graphic after adding related record

In a custom module, after adding a related record to a feature using the "CreateRelatedRecord" command, how do I refresh the map and the list of related records on the feature details page?

What happens now is that the list of related records does not update, and if I re-identify the feature on the maps, no related records are found at all.
