    Hey John,

I was curious if you ever found an answer to this?

I have a requst to create a cemetery deed that uses 'Old English Text MT' for the title and some other parts. Looks like everything you did, I also did and came up with the same results...then stumbled across your post.

    Thanks,

    Marshall

We ended up sticking with Arial for our reports. We use images of text for a couple of reports that we do want to use custom fonts for things like non-dynamic titles and logos.

These days if people ask me about custom web fonts, I fend them off with a couple of arguments:

    1. Stay focused on accessibility over branding

    2. People can change how your page fonts look with their browser settings, so keep it simple

    John,

Thanks for the response, I'll have to look into using images in place of the fonts.  The words are static at least, so that is good (example below).

I agree with what you are saying when I use fonts in a webpage, but this is in a pdf report that is created on the server.  And I'm not sure it is a custom font either, it is part of the fonts within windows, at least with Microsoft Word installed. It is definitely not standard.

It is odd that you can chose what font you want to use in Report Designer, but when the report is run, it doesn't show the font that you chose.  I suppose I'll have to suggest using a more standard font and see what we can do.

    In Report Designer

    _img_ alt="User-added image" src="https://latitudegeo--c.na53.content.force.com/servlet/rtaImage?eid=90760000000TU80&feoid=Body&refid=0EM60000000LzXC" _/_img_

    From web app:

    _img_ alt="User-added image" src="https://latitudegeo--c.na53.content.force.com/servlet/rtaImage?eid=90760000000TU80&feoid=Body&refid=0EM60000000LzXH" _/_img_

    Thanks again,

    Marshall
