“Report” fails to show orthophoto in GVS

Dears,

I couldn’t figure out Why “Report” fails to show orthophoto in GVS?

Please, have a look on the attached screenshots that highlight the issue.

Before..

But Now ..

  Do you have the Ortho Service set to visible?  I find the only way I am able to get a basemap to show up in a report or print template is that it must be set to visible (it defaults to on when the map first opens).  I'm not sure if this is a bug or an issue with my site.  Let me know if that helps.

  Dear Paulpo,

  The orthophoto is displayed perfect when using the print tool, but when using the report template it doesn't work.

  what might be the issue?

  I already presented this issue to LG recently and they said that map services containing images must be visibile when loading the viewer (Imagery, Ortophoto, etc...), otherwise they will not be visible in reports. It was supposed to be fixed with rel 4.3 but it looks like it is still there.

   

  LG, any news about this?
