Using Geocortex Mobile App for windows without internet connection

Hi all,

Does Geocortex Mobile App for windows work "without internet connection", in other words If I installed Geocortex mobile app for windows on my tablet ( which uses Win 8.1 as O/S) then will I be able to use GVH in areas that do not have inernet connection ??

I am NOT talking about the offline mode I am talking about using the App with its  all of its capabilities ( such as identify and global search ).
