Identify imagery

Add support in Geocortex for ArcGIS Image Service REST API methods that could be called from a workflow. While all operations would be useful, typically workflows should be able to include the ability to identify/query imagery to determine what's available for a given area (incl. all overlapping tiles), have some ability to manipulate the mosaic properties, and export or print the results of queries.
