GVH for handheld (Iphone) generates “sorry, an error occurs while processing your request”,

I couldn’t figure out why the GVH for handheld (Iphone) frequently generate “sorry, an error occurs while processing your request” shown in the screenshot below:

What might be the issue here?

  Hi all,

   

  We have found ourselves that the Geocortex generates this error just in case user name\password scenario is implemented and not related to the SSL, and when the post installation configuration is remained open, it is working fine with no error message, which confirms that the issue is in the Geocortex!

   

  What might be the issue here?

  We tried this workaround and work with usL

   

   

   

  1. Replace _Layout.Mobile.cshtml with the contents of _Layout.cshtml in C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Identity Server\Web\Views\Shared.

   

   

   

  2. Take a backup copy of the following file:     C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Identity Server\Web\Views\Account\SignIn.Mobile.cshtml

   

  - delete the same file

   

  - copy C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Identity Server\Web\Views\Account\SignIn.cshtml and rename it to SignIn.Mobile.cshtml

   

  In other words, replace the file SignIn.Mobile.cshtml with  SignIn.cshtml
