Repeat Column Headers on Report Pages

Is there a way to repeat column headers for each page of the report? If so, how do I do it? I am using HTML5. Here's my current report template output:

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzJUEAY

I would like to repeat the column labels/boxes that are in yellow on each page that generates.
