Can the Geolocation Options be used as a startup action?

It would be really nice to add a startup function to the HTML5 viewer url that would activate one of Find, Track or Follow me functions when first opening the map.  I'm not sure if it is possible though.  Has anyone got this or something similar working?

Also, is there a HTML5 startup actions page available similar to the SL one - https://support.geocortex.com/silverlight-viewer-startup-actions
