Getting Started with Geocortex Essentials Workbook - issue

Hi,

I was going through the "Getting Started with Geocortex Essentials" workbook course that I have taken 4 months back.

I am facing an issue on page "123" - where I gave the required username and password as mentioned, but it's still not adding the layer.

Could you please let me knwo what should I do to get this done.
