Overview map on print template

I'm trying to use a print template with an overview map on it with HTML5.  Works fine in Silverlight, but in one print template it comes up blank in HTML5 and in another, it is there but zoomed in to an unrelated area.  Is this functionality not available in HTML5 yet?

  We are just getting started with Geocortex Essentials 2.4 with the HTML5 viewer and wondering the same thing.
