Error when backing up the Geocortex Site

I am trying to test backing up my site; I copied the site files (C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Sites\S3) to another machine that have the GE with the same version and the same environment.

When trying to open the site from the Geocortex Essentials Manager, I get an error (in the screenshot below), and the site does not open!

What might be the problem here?

  Just a guess, but does your site use any print templates, workflows or other file based objects (as opposed to web services) that did not get copied to the new server?

  Yes it does.

  But all these templates and workflows are copied to the new server, the new environment is the same as the old one
