Your current location is not available

I'm trying to get the HTML 5 viewer 2.2.1 to use find my location button provided (IE 11 or Chrome).

I'm completely offline and have no internet connection. When I press the button I get the following error:

" There was an error in geolocation: Your curreent location is not available. "

Any ideas?
