Related Tables and ArcGIS Online Feature Layer

I am wondering how to achieve the following in GeoCortex Essentials:

1) Display related table information that is part of my ArcGIS Online feature service layer: http://services1.arcgis.com/xeMpV7tU1t4KD3Ei/ArcGIS/rest/services/Stewardship_Baseline_related_tables/FeatureServer

2) Get map tip and identify functions to work on this ArcGIS Online feature service layer. They are enbabled but do not work as expected (nothing is displayed).

I am able to view my ArcGIS Online feature service layer in GeoCortex Essentials but I am unsure how I can display the related attribute information.

Thanks very much for your help. I am using the SL 2.0 viewer.

  In regards to #2 above, when I add the service using the Silverlight viewer the geometry appears and is displayed fine however none of the identify tools will return the attribute data assoicated with the geometry.  However, if I create an HTML5 viewer and add the same above service the identify tools works perfectly fine.
