Feature Clustering and Heat Map Problems - HTML 5 2.2.1

I am having problems getting either a feature cluster or a heat map to show up on a feature service.

Is this working for anyone else?

I am creating a public map that would be greatly improved by having this functionality.

  Hi,

  You need to have a point feature service in order to enable the clusting tab.

  Thank you for the response.

  The feature is a point layer, it is for water main break data.  The endpoint for it is here:   http://maps.moosejaw.ca/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites/Cast_Iron_Infrastructure/map/mapservices/3

  Were you able to get this working in the HTML 5 viewer?

  Heat maps and feature clustering aren't currently available for the HTML5 viewer.
