Modifying Home Panel

I have two questions:
1. I am looking at modifying the home panel on my map service. I have a workflow that is connected to the map service and currently the results that are displayed in the home panel also display "workflow" as the title of the header. On a mobile device, the word "workflow" overlaps the results in the home panel. I would like to completely take out the "workflow" word but cannot seem to find where this is located. Would it be located in the Desktop.json.js file or in another location? I would only like to modify this map service.

2. In addition, is there a way to not allow for the workflow results to be clickable so the users do not see the details about the item they click on? For example once the user clicks on the address that is returned from the workflow, they can see the following:

I know there is a way to hide all this information from the user, but I would like to disable the clickability of the results in the home panel. Any help/suggestions is greatly appreciated!

Hi LJ,
One of the ways in which you can change the title of the Results window is by specifying a Collection Name in the SelectFeatures activity.
For your second question, the only way I know of off the top of my head is by defining it through the layer's options in the 'Map' tab of the Essentials Manager.

You can remove the feature details compact view entirely by deleting or commenting out the FeatureDetailsCompactView in the viewer json, but I don't know if you can disable it based on how the user accesses results (map tip vs. identify vs. workflow).
