Straight to sign-in (4.2.2 and iis8 on 2012Server)

I am using the Identity Server and would like to have a link that goes straight to sign-in.  Currently the viewer kicks off with a default map view and the user then clicks on Sign In.

Can I force the viewer to go straight to that Sign In page - is it a question of manipulating the permissions?
